15 working days if your order needs to be manufactured. However we guarantee that it will be worth the wait, because your Labuta will be handmade with all the care.

  • Free shipping to the rest of the world from 250€.

Exchanges/Returns

You can exchange or return items purchased on our site, within a maximum period of 15 days after having received them, if you are not 100% satisfied and as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been used.

For this purpose, please tell us the reason for the exchange or return through info@labuta.com

  • Arrange the day you will send the article.
  • Send in the original packaging with the respective invoice to: (Labuta) Código Semanal, Lda. Address: Rua Tenente Valadim, 3, 1º andar, 2410-190 Leiria.
  • The shipping costs for exchanges and/or returns will always be on account of the client, as well as the responsibility in case of loss or damage occurred during the exchange
  • In case of exchange, the shipping of the new article will be for our account

In case of return, after reception and after having verified its state, the value of the article(s) will be entirely returned by the same method of payment.
