    Please note that you can exchange or return items purchased on our website within a maximum of 15 days of receiving them if you are not 100% satisfied and provided they are in perfect condition and have not been used. <\/p>\n

    • Shipping costs for exchanges and\/or returns will always be borne by the customer, as well as responsibility in case of loss or damage during shipment.<\/li>\n
    • In the case of an exchange, the shipping of the new item will be at our expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In the case of a return, after receiving and verifying the condition, the value of the item(s) will be fully refunded using the same payment method.<\/p>\n
