LABUTA X TRACES OF ME

Aligned by the same conscious philosophy where people value more the quality, admire the traditional ways of production and respect the environment while dignifying the work of who is behind the final product, Labuta and Traces of Me developed a collaboration on the Stevedoring Boot, keeping the timeless character of the model, enhancing its femininity with the original mix of colours and patterns and the care of details so characteristic of the TM identity.

The need to slow down and value the small things, revealing the story and meaning behind each product is in the background to feel the perfect imperfections of handmade items, are the traits that unite us! Labutae a Traces of Me desenvolveram uma colaboração na Bota Estivadora, mantendo o carácter atemporal do modelo, potenciando a sua feminilidade com a original mistura de cores e padrões e o cuidado de pormenores tão característicos da identidade

LABUTA X BORDALO II X AEPGA

Based on the concepts of circular economy and reuse of materials, the Ferrador boots arise from a collaboration between Labuta, Bordalo II and AEPGA – Association for the Study and Protection of the Asinine Cattle.

This partnership stems from the common concern of encouraging not only the adoption of an alternative and sustainable consumption pattern but also in the defense of the Burro de Miranda, a native Portuguese breed originated in the plateau of Miranda, threatened with extinction.

The artist Bordalo II created a mural trash art, through which is represented the Donkey and that will be installed in the Iberian Park of Nature and Adventure in the county of Vimioso.

These boots also have the engraving of an illustration by Bordalo II, and for each pair sold, the buyer will receive a free voucher to sponsor one of the donkeys integrated in the AEPGA campaign, in the value of 30€.

LABUTA X PRISON ESTABLISHMENT LEIRIA YOUNG PEOPLE

With origin in the old rag slippers and in order to preserve this Portuguese tradition, our Household Slippers are sustainably made in burel, a natural material that is highly robust and comfortable.

So we created this inclusion project with the Leiria Prison – Youth, in which part of the sale will revert to our inmates who learned this manual art with the wise help of D. Rosa, making them feel part of society, motivating them to be busy and feel their work rewarded.
