- Free shipping to Portugal and Spain, regardless of the value.
- Free shipping to the rest of the world for orders starting from €275.
Exchanges/Returns
Please note that you can exchange or return items purchased on our website within a maximum of 15 days of receiving them if you are not 100% satisfied and provided they are in perfect condition and have not been used.
For this purpose, we kindly ask you to inform us of the reason for the exchange or return via: info@labuta.com.
- Coordinate the day you will send the item.
- Send it in the original packaging along with the respective invoice to: (Labuta) Código Semanal, Lda. Address: Rua Tenente Valadim, 3, 1st floor, 2410-190 Leiria.
- Shipping costs for exchanges and/or returns will always be borne by the customer, as well as responsibility in case of loss or damage during shipment.
- In the case of an exchange, the shipping of the new item will be at our expense.
In the case of a return, after receiving and verifying the condition, the value of the item(s) will be fully refunded using the same payment method.
