Created by Charles Goodyear in 1869 during the industrial revolution as a manufacturing process that would replace the traditional hand sewing process, it is considered to this day as the best construction process, giving the shoes a much higher robustness, quality and durability. The process itself makes it possible to change the soles of shoes or boots at any time, without affecting in any way the quality or appearance of the shoe, making the repair easier and possible to do several times. The Goodyear Welt process makes shoes increasingly more comfortable to wear, providing perfect breathability of the foot. Each of our pairs of shoes or boots takes about 4h30 minutes of hard work and a lot of soul to produce.
